No kleenex twins in westie- hope you feel better soon. My OH is paranoid about getting colds- he does shake hands with lots of people. He has packets of wipes everywhere- seems to work for him as rarely ill - D.G.

I will give you a fiver if you know what D.G means:rotfl::rotfl:

Thats normally me, rarely come down with anything and use my handspray at least 15 times a day at work plus have been taking my vitimin regimen for 25 yrs - but guess age is catchin up :o just not able to shift this - off this weekend so a couple of hot whiskeys and a decent Madras may help. :rotfl: . . . "One way or Another" as Blondie/Rugrats would say

Was gonna wake the boss up as she is the intelligent one but sure I've heard her say D.G after I've said "touch wood" - think its . . . By the grace of God !!!

    Gotta know, am I close ? :D

Evening - it has taken me a long time to catch up tonight, as kept losing interest when the bickering was going on :(:( Not what lots of us want to see when we come on here to share our day, glitches, chatter, worries, etc :(

I will say one thing only on this. There are many lovely posters on here, on FB and elsewhere. It is the minority, as in real life, that stir up trouble, so please, think again when labelling everyone on FB, in the FB group, or anywhere else, the same. 'The Elite' is this thread, so I keep posting here, but I do check on FB too, to keep up to date on thing, and to chat at times. The main thing is that 'the thread' keeps on finding glitches, bargains, helping each other out in any way we can, and being a lovely place for us to come for information, support and fun. I have depended greatly on the support I found on here, and don't want others to lose out on it by being put off by the bickering and deliberate stirring

I don't know if that came out as intended, but I've said it now :D

This is precisely the kind of post that divides people and causes upset.

Grass roots has genuine concerns and aired them, but did so in a fair and polite manner. I replied likewise, and so the exchange continues. We may not agree on everything but are adult enough to have a frank exchange within the realms of politeness.

Then we get this kind of remark which is little more than a boring and uneducated put down.

Welcome to my ignore list! :p
