But - unlike disabled bays - parent and child bays are not a right. They are a gimmick by the big retailers like Asda.

I do not use either of these bays but I have no problem with people who do use a non-entity like a P&C bay if the others are full. Please let's not try to equate pointless gimmicky P&C bays with disabled bays which are provided due to the Equality Act as a disability provision.

Having said that, of course no-one should ever pay a private parking fake PCN even if they were 'caught' parking in Asda's trolley shelter! :rotfl:
