I've been with talktalk for over 2 years & have been satisfied with the service I've received.

I cannot fault their package, I cannot fault the service, but what does frustrate me is my connection issues, which inspired me to post in the "internet thread, "Same song, different words" lower down (or higher as the case may be)

TalkTalk has to be the worst company I have ever been with in my entire life. I really can't believe how horrendous their customer service has turned out to be. They're fantastic at one thing though... Ignoring you. I would seriously advise you not to go there!

They charge for caller display and itemised billing where as BT dont. They can bar access to the likes of 18185,1899 etc.Their not interested should you decide to move, and then theirs the expensive phone repair bills people have had, which woudnt have occurred if they stayed with BT.

Interesting as we use that occasionally. Suppose if we get the international call plan then would use 18185 very little or not at all.
