We've got the message.
Instead of just banging on about winning and how this was a "twatting", "public humiliation" etc, please describe how you won?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
please explain what went on, the devil is in the detail0

I don't doubt you have won a case but it'd the awful way you have announced yourself.
You should start again and give a full account of the court hearingFor everthing else there's mastercard.

If you ignore the normal letters( not court papers) you don't loose by default. How on earth did you work that one outFor everthing else there's mastercard.

Scouse Fantastic we all know that you must not ignore court papers. Nobody on here has ever said that. What we do say is that you can ignore all the other letters they send you up to and until that very rare occasion when you receive properly stamped court papers. Then you become pro-active.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
