Up until an authentic letter arrives from an official court, OP can happily wipe their backsides on these dodgy templates going around.
OP, Bin it! Only a Judge in a courtroom can force you to pay it.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Maybe you are in the double act too unless YOU HAVE A CASE WITH GW that you have won ...... NOW.....:money::money::money:
So I'm a spy as well, you really are deluded honestly, I offer my advice freely on here , and it was me who got roxburghe banned from data access because of a serious breach on their website, do you wish to see the email from the dvla confirming this ? And GW wouldn't take to court despite me asking them to on a parking issue with them, maybe it's because I just pead them off or the fact they knew they couldn't win !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

I hope you come across better in court then you do here! (and on your videos) You keep saying you are going to beat Roxburghe and GW well you aren't are you?
GW is representing whoever issued the ticket! GW is going to get paid anyway, so you are not beating them only the issuers of the invoice!
Yes GW do only have one solicitor, but they can hire a local one to appear for them if they wish!
Ask yourself something why do you think they decided to take you too court?;)
"The charge by the value of the charge is an unfair charge and therefore it is a penalty" I hope that's not your best argument!:eek:0 -
Why on earth does this cretin think I have anything to with roxburghe on here........For everthing else there's mastercard.

I've been getting letters from these clowns, so I started emailing them. I was not the driver when the car was parked and can prove it, I'm refusing to say who was. The car was parked before the new laws came in so I'm not liable.
The person emailing me back keeps saying that I "need to provide the drivers details", I know I don't have to but does anyone know if they're allowed to say this? It stops short of them saying "have to" I think.
I've threatened to take action against them for harassment, I've been advised to tell the police. Anyone ever taken action against them?0 -
Why are you even writing to them ? Just ignore them and they will crawl back under the rock they crawled out ofWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I am of course glad you beat sobbell, however you have gone about this in the wrong way.
It is not a massive victory but just another small claims case. For everthing else there's mastercard.

Same crap roxburghe spies , this poster and its the same one as previously with this rubbish is in my opinion delusional. Why would roxburghe even bother with stuff like that ? They make enough out of this scam and no matter how much we advise on here and pepipoo they will continue to make money out of it.
To put simply I don't believe a single word from this poster at all. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
