So wheres the conspiracy theory in fact that the lender won't or can't provide me FOS or ICO with any disclosure documents for any application?0 -
Id like to take this opportunity to thank andy for getting me to page ten cheers..... keep up the good work the more publicity this gets will result in either lender having no option in taking me to court over allegations of fraud saving me a fortune or explaining its action and apologising or case becoming public knowledge protecting future or existing customers from sharp practice of this company..... until next time0

I'd like to say I think I was pivotal in getting to page #10. Admittedly we have some work to do to get to, say, 15, but with the consistent approach the OP has I'm sure we can do it. Cheers0

So as much as Lance Armstrong did not get caught doping in any of the tour races that fact must mean that all his victories must stand.
refer back to my issue, that fact that a lender says falsely states that a mortgage application was conducted assessed on one day when it actually took place on a completely different day means that it is exempt from being challenged, and they cannot provide legal documents supporting there claim...... your all fools0 -
