  • Having just lost an hour of my life reading this, something struck me in this post.

You claim you are earning as per your books, £15k but you were happy to pay £1040 pcm in mortgage payments and you still had money to live, have a life and renovate a property.

Can you please explain how this can be done on £15k declared income???? Or are there certain levels of income that certain people in this country have not been informed of.

You stated in a very early post that your original mortgage was Self Cert - why did you have to go self cert????

Maybe certain investigations are looking in the wrong area!!!

Please correct me if I am wrong and help justify affordability!!!!!

    I don't live alone i do have a sex life. :)

So why has this not been declared as Income which would have helped your case and potentially stopped all this drivel???? Or is there an issue with your partners income???

Good avoidance of the Self Cert question as well!!

I don't want to waste you time on drivel......I don't think its any of your business and I'm neither on trial here or avoiding any questions. If there are any issue to my income status or another matter the lender will not have any further reason to refuse to issue its final response to the application manipulations.

If you come to the boards spouting breach of this and breach of that, and then when someone questions you, and you hide behind "I don't have to answer that" that gives rise to a suspicion that you have something to hide - its a bit like a "no comment" in a police interview!

There are reasons (legal ones) that a lender will not disclose certain information - has that been considered??

Even on £19k £1040 per calender month + living + renovating is nigh on impossible.

There are many more factors that you are not disclosing on here that would probably make this case even more solid for the lenders decision.

At best you are being liberal with all the information and that indicates more to hide!

apparently and you should know this, as x mortgage advisor, that a lender will not accept income from mortgaged property.
Ive got a wealthy mummy and daddy.

Fraud has been committed by lender, and as I've said before lender will have every right to dispute my allegations either by taking me to task over my claim of mortgage fraud, However i suspect they would much rather settle before hand.

I have nothing else to drivel on about the facts are there and very few of post answer or address this issue except jimmy the wig who said they were the lender that is to A) continue with a regulated appeal process if they had no intention of lending a penny after the first decline B) that the failure to provide legal documentation of the application is also not correct.

Whether you or anyone else likes it or not Fraud has been committed by manipulating an FSA regulated process irrespective of figures of income, having a lower income for a time due to personal circumstances is not and never has been illegal however fraud is and still is.
  • however fraud is and still is.

So why did you self cert?

    Tax evasion is illegal

You have made an assumption that I am an ex mortgage advisor - it is wrong to assume.

So a wealthy mummy and daddy support your income - therefore the lender was absolutely spot on in not lending you the money as you cannot afford a mortgage of £1040 per month without help!
