Used to be an advisor but no longer!
Still qualified and active in the FS industry!!!0 -
your all now avoiding the issue over a breach of FSA rules and the manipulating of a process. Like i have said the matter will be dealt with once I get the ICO and FOS report which they promised me id have today which I've not received yet.
Whatever your back ground you have not raised any issue which would alter the fact that the lender or advisor had not conducted a legitimate application process.
Originally when lender advance me the loan in 2005 I had one years accounts from my accountant whom i use for years and then two years self cert. In 2009 when this issue arose there was no refusal by advisor about the self cert, as i was told as i had 40pc min deposit I met the criteria to fast track. the rest is history. Thank you for your time though.0 -
Just had a bottle of Pepsi. Normally have Pepsi Max but the damn shop was out. grr.0

AS promise the financial ombudsman Service has just emailed me and as promised i said I would post what they said, I have removed the name of manager in this instance.....
Dear Mr ......
I said that I would aim to respond to your concerns by today, however, when I have reviewed the file and the concerns that you have raised we have felt that it would be more appropriate for a senior manager to respond to your points. The most likely senior manager to respond will be
and she will reply to you by 30 November 2012 or sooner if possible.
I am sorry I was not able to reply by today, but I think it is important that the most appropriate person responds to your complaint.
thank you for your patience in this matter
yours sincerely0 -

Oh this has absolutely nothing to do with the lender who committed fraud this is about the failures and poor service of FOS.... should I start a new thread.lol0 -

Ive got a wealthy mummy and daddy.
Fraud has been committed by lender, and as I've said before lender will have every right to dispute my allegations either by taking me to task over my claim of mortgage fraud, However i suspect they would much rather settle before hand.
I have nothing else to drivel on about the facts are there and very few of post answer or address this issue except jimmy the wig who said they were the lender that is to A) continue with a regulated appeal process if they had no intention of lending a penny after the first declinethat the failure to provide legal documentation of the application is also not correct.
Whether you or anyone else likes it or not Fraud has been committed by manipulating an FSA regulated process irrespective of figures of income, having a lower income for a time due to personal circumstances is not and never has been illegal however fraud is and still is.
Correction He never said he was the lender sorry bout that one. i was referring to earlier post when he acknowledged that there were issues on matters or human errors having occurred. But i ve still not had his answer to my Question that if they were failures of record keeping etc and just human error which can happen why has lender refused to give either an explanation of apologise?.
My Advice stay off the pop very fattening....0 -

Hardly surprising. Judging from your responses on here to posters comments. I suspect the poor people at the FOS are struggling to make sense of your complaint.0
