Just so I don't have to read the whole thread - whats the problem? Please explain. There are many helpful folk on here who I am sure can help.:money:
The OP wanted to port his mortgage.
He didn't qualify for a new mortgage. I think he understands this, but I'm not sure.
He understands that if he doesn't qualify for a new mortgage then he can't port his mortgage.
The bank may have made various errors in the processing (e.g. stuff being logged on the wrong date, stuff not being signed) which seem to have had no bearing on what actually happened.
The OP believes that the bank and bank staff have been out to get him and for this reason have manipulated the whole process and committed fraud. The rest of us don't see why they would have done this even if out to get him as he didn't qualify anyway.
The OP isn't here to ask for our help, but to tell us how badly treated he has been.
  • answers on a post card please.....So far your explanation is fine I'm very prepared to have the figures for compensation as to what i did not and did lose out on in real terms or interest blah blah blah, furthermore my income only reached a certain level this level was not refused by lender, with me so far. So what about an explanation please as to why lender won't answer the application anomalies, data breach or my fraud allegations. Please answer these issues..... Maybe thats because if they appollogise for the balls up however small they might be, then they may be without any option but to correct the issue that there actin prevented a lump sum reduction to my mortgage that i am entitled to...........X tatar.
  • Hey look one and all I'm not unappreciative for any advice, all you pros out there in this field , who of you during an interview application with a client would remark i kid you not...." isn't it unfair how some people do very well out of the property market and have lots of equity ... and others do not..... my daughter and son in law are in negative equity in their flat in ST..........." this whole process was unfair and unreasonable one rogue individual had a personal axe to grind not specifically with me may be but with the system.....

In the 1930s, Australia faced a series of droughts that caused a large collection of emus to travel into populated areas in search of water. Instead of finding a way to create a watering hole and help the birds, the people of Western Australia decided to call in the military

Gaius Valerius Catullus was a Latin poet of the Republican period. During his time, Catullus’s was appreciated by fellow poets, but many other people despised his writing. His explicit style has shocked many readers and made him one of the most censored authors in history.

  • Im more than happy with my mortgage and because I've worked and done my house up have a great home in 2009 i wanted to move for other reasons 0.84 pc is for now amazing while it lasts, yes Ive overpaying my balance by 50pc when i was on the svr my loan was 1040pcm now less than 550.no complaints here on that point.

A fraud is defined as any omission or manipulation with the purpose or intent to cause a financial loss. It certainly was not a process failure or manipulation to cause me financial gain.

Having just lost an hour of my life reading this, something struck me in this post.

You claim you are earning as per your books, £15k but you were happy to pay £1040 pcm in mortgage payments and you still had money to live, have a life and renovate a property.

Can you please explain how this can be done on £15k declared income???? Or are there certain levels of income that certain people in this country have not been informed of.

You stated in a very early post that your original mortgage was Self Cert - why did you have to go self cert????

Maybe certain investigations are looking in the wrong area!!!

Please correct me if I am wrong and help justify affordability!!!!!
Used to be an advisor but no longer!

Still qualified and active in the FS industry!!!

Polywater was a hypothetical polymerized form of water that was the subject of much scientific controversy during the late 1960s. By 1969 the popular press had taken notice, to the point that it was used as a plot device in Star Trek, and sparked fears of a "polywater gap" in the USA.
Increased press attention also brought with it increased scientific attention, and as early as 1970 doubts about its authenticity were being circulated.[1][2][3] By 1973 it was found to be illusory, being just water with any number of common organic compounds contaminating it.[4]

post 128 wutang I've never had a dispute with lender over the 138k application my dispute is that the advisor disclosed to the customer relations manager two months later that I had offered a further 20k reduction but she did not mention that i had also offered to use all profit capital equity at my disposal which would have been up to 82k±. If the offer of twenty k was pointless meant nothing would have not changed the matters why mention it to customer relations manager, the person she should have told was the underwriter its there decision not hers as a branch advisor.......
