the royalmail website says it has been delivered and there is even picture of the signature of who signed for it!! can they claim they didnt get it via paypal and ill have to refund? this is why i send recorded to avoid all this! Do i have a leg to stand on? is it me that has to complain to royal mail or them?

Anything over... I think it's £46 (not sure of exact figure) should go SD imho.

And for those who say they are keeping the customer happy, remember the sender is also a customer I'm sure they wouldn't be happy to pay for a service that they don't get
