Bunch of thieves.
Paypal dispute goes ignored; they have had my goods back in their possession for two days and they still hold my money. Was promised and allegedly issued a refund seven days ago during the ten-pence-per-minute phone call I had to make.
Have had some bad tales about them from a couple of friends, similar tales of waiting weeks for refunds and items not arriving.
Will not touch them with a barge pole again.0 -
Paid by Paypal from Paypal funds and heard nothing back. Emailed from their website to say I have not had a refund - no reply at all so far.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0
