Link now says £10.30 and No longer available.
Would have thought if they were in stock and orders were going to be cancelled then they'd just change the price but that may be wishful thinking

I haven't got cat's but I have been following this post, fingers crossed for you all, hope they honour it but can't see it......
  • I found some info in their guarantee on the website, that is kind of helpful:
Pet Supermarket® work tirelessly to source the best pricing from our suppliers and as the UK's #1 online pet store we can buy in bulk and pass the savings on to you. However this does not mean we compromise our service in any way as we offer all our customers a service that is simply second to none. All products sold on our site are purchased in the UK and we do not buy any seconds, short dated, or sub standard products ever. We guarantee that any product bought from Pet Supermarket® not only comes with our price match promise but also a 100% satisfaction guarantee with free 7 day no quibble returns, so you can shop in complete confidence at Pet Supermarket®

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered.

So if it's the wrong stuff that turns up, they should have to pay postage. It also should be short dated. Puts my mind at rest a little.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

Oh no! Was hoping they were just going to scoop things through and bite their own tongues. Not had my Paypal money back yet, presume they have a squillion orders though, so mine will come eventually... sniffle sniffle!
