No refund on paypal for me, got the cancellation email but nothing back on Paypal, they have taken the money but not refunded it so will raise a dispute with Paypal

I paid for delivery and recieved today. Didn't even bother opening the small box that arrived as it was obvious that there were only a few sachets and not half a dozen boxes!

To be fair to the CS at Petsupermarket, the guy was really lovely and apologised a million times throughout the phone call. He knew immediately I said my order was wrong what it was going to be!Outcome is a courier to pick up a few sachets and a refund to my paypal; my god this will be costing them!

The guy said this was a glitch on 'a few websites' over the weekend and that it had caused mayhem across the board. I didn't ask more, but can only assume that Pet Supermarket own some similar pet retail sites.

I think I would have preferred the cancellation email to the added hassle of sitting around waiting for a courier to turn up, and a 10p a minute phone call.

Oh well, nice try eh everyone?!!!

Paypal refund for the total amount arrived today, but so did the 2 lots of worming tablets, so well done to Pet Supemarket for handling my refund well. Many thanks, will def buy again, even without a glitch!

My Paypal account says the refund is on temporary hold, Paypal say when I speak to them that the seller has refunded via paypal but they are still trying to get the money from the seller to refund me.

Mine is on temporary hold as well.
Did you pay via instant bank transfer?(the money comes out of your bank as a Direct Debit)
Apparently it is something to do with the time it takes for the money leaving your bank and Paypal receiving it. If the seller refunds before the money is received by paypal then it is placed on hold until it clears. (hope i explained that properly)

Was promised a refund last week when they arranged to take back their six pouches by courier (more fool them). No sign of refund still.

Started a Paypal claim today, none too impressed!

Yes paid by instant bank transfer via PayPal, the money was cleared out of my bank account on 7th November, I have called Paypal and they say they haven't had cleared funds from Pet Supermarket so that is why it is on hold
