Virgin Media help and complaint

Back again still having the same issue with Virgin.

After months of them saying they can't discuss complaint over the telephone, denying receipt of letters sent recorded and ignoring contact via their own contact us part of the webiste I finally resorted to facebook and writing on their wall to get their attention.

They are now in the process of clearing the debt from Experian so all good on that front even though it has taken them since October to deal with it.

The problem now is that I have been paying for acess to Experian since November so that I can check that this is sorted, its been costing me £8.99 per month. The girl that has dealt with the problem and got it sorted (hopefully just waiting for Experian to update which could take 14 days) has said that they will only refund 1 months cost of Experian as she dealt with the problem as soon as it was passeed to her. Given that if they had dealt with the complaint as soon as I made contact and not taken months to reply I don't think its fair that I am left out of pocket to the tune of £35.96. Its not the money its now the principle of the matter and the fact they still haven't said sorry we messed up they are just blaming system transfer problems from when it was NTL.

Onto my question then, does anyone have the email or postal address of a senior person that I could write to as Virgin saying £8.99 is their final offer.
