  • Oops forgot to mention the carrier bags and no credit card. I dont think they have customer toilets either, they certainly dont in my Lidl anyway. Hope it works out for you anyway.

Would have to be an 'outdoor' one unfortunately or another shop. There is a Saisnburys with one near the Lidl I used to use so could basically dump the trolley, back in the car and take him over, not ideal but only other way. Have seen a child wet themself in there before as staff refused and parents did nothing else. Staff loos were where staff lockers etc were which were not locked and next to office where safe is, so noone was allowed in for security reasons, understandable really but inconvenient. I used to just try to time it well wen shopping, knew ish how long they could wait, when usually went, didn't give them drinsk just before or during visit etc as with 2 in tow toilet trips could add half an hour plus onto shopping time.

god I know, tell me about it, the number of times I have run with a child under each arm so the one needing the loo makes it in time :p My DS is rubbish at it (its been well over a year and we had 2 wet pant incidents today for example) so there is no logic!!! I suppose at least he can go easily standing up round the back of the car park
