I'd risk a fiver - no problem.

Once the file shows it, it's gonna work against you. It certainly isn't going to be removed, unless you can negotiate it.

Yeah - like that's gonna work. They're hardly going to agree to removing the "black mark" before receiving payment. They could agree to removing it after receiving payment but they're hardly likely to - what's the incentive for them to do that??
