New type of speed camrea ?

Pic doing the rounds on facebook stating new type of speed camera in the Nottm area.

Cant say its one ive seen before let alone heard of so ..... anyone know anything about it ?

Real reversal on the policy of painting them bright yellow to make them noticeable - wouldn't put it past the govt. to try this though.

Hoping it's fake - our local old style ones get grown over by trees pretty fast (blocking the lens) and it looks like these would be way worse.

If it is a camera then it's ideally placed to capture pictures of speeding bushes

It doesn't look like a UK road/road furniture

They don't all have to be yellow, Government ones don't have to be, but police force ones do have to be yellow.

The photos appear to be fake. If you look at the enlarged one it is taken from the other side of the barrier BUT the Armco shape is the same as from the original side (if you know what I mean)

Hope it is fake, I love getting out of Notts as quick as poss, its a right sh*thole. Sh*tness is directly proportional to the number of speed cameras present.

Didn't think Govt had to paint them yellow anymore since 2010, and can hide them where ever they want.

At least it isn't that camera that can zap you from over 1 mile away - somewhere in yorkshire I think.
