T-Mobile upgrade - what am I missing?
I'm still looking for a reasonable deal on a Galaxy Note 2 and out of curiosity, I decided to see what T-Mobile would offer as an upgrade (not expecting much as they haven't been generous in the past). I'm out of the minimum contract period, paying £10 a month currently for 3GB data per month. Unless I'm neing very slow and missing something obvious, they appear to be offering me a Note 2 for £369.99 with 0 months added to my contract (!) but as far as I can see, no details of the monthly charge. It can't be my existing £10 a month surely - too good to be true. Here's a screen grab. What am I missing? (I filtered by £10 per month and it still shows).

            Hi,
I am on same contract - I see the same but with a price of £339
You know its unlikely to be a zero month contract and there an error somewhere. I doubt you will win a fight with Tmobile by yourself
I am holding a get a decent price on the NExus 4 in December
best regards

Yep, I get more or less the same. A few days ago I checked for any upgrade offers online and there was a £6 reduction available if I renewed on line. This option has now disappeared and just takes me to the phones. I gave them a ring but their upgrades systems are down and was informed they will be for rest of this week. So will have to spend another hour trying to get through next week. I also wanted to find out if my allowances would be exactly the same (300 mins, 300 texts, internet) as they conned me on another recent renewal. The company seem to be a bit of a joke lately.0

In all honesty, I'd be happy with that price and my existing plan even if it meant signing up for another 24 months. Mmmmmmm ...There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

I was told via online chat I could keep my existing plan and pay £150 upfront, i currently have 100 mins/ 100 texts / unlimited data + text bundle for £26 p/m - might be worth getting a quote from them ?
I found the cheapest deal from buymobilephones.net with t-mobile, who say they cant match it or even get close,Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais

Just had a look at the online phone upgrades page and now says upgrading your phone now extends contract by 12 months.0

I had exactly the same when upgrading my phone, it said "extends your contract by 0 months" I agreed to it. However T-mobile immediately extended my contract and increased my monthly charges by an extra £6. I am currently arguing with them over the phone as they say that their site would never say that. Which obviously is not true as your attached screenshot shows.0

And why the extra £6? Did you change the contract or extend your existing one? There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

I was gonna post a thread about this. I have no idea if it's good deal or not.
I am now on £10 a month contract. When I go to my account to renewal plan. I can choose "Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE" for £399. So in total I will pay about £520 (12 months contract+note 2 LTE). Can anyone confirm if it's a good deal to get? or too expensive? Thank you.0 -

When you choose the phone, does the next page confirm that the contract extension is only 12 months, or 24 months (see the OP for the screenshot of what you should look for). If you are getting a reasonable amount of data, it seems a reasonable deal to me.
I'm being offered the phone for £369.99 but that's a 24 month extension, although with 100mins, 100 texts and 3GB of data plus an unlimited landline calls bolt on for a tenner a month, it's not a bad deal. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
