Rather than start a whole new thread, can I jump on this?
I am also awaiting a PAC from Three, but having been told over the phone that it would be 24 - 48 hours, I remembered reading somewhere that they should now issue the code within 2 hours.
I went to the OFCOM site and saw that this indeed appears to be the case if phoning the company up (see this link), but on looking at the OFCOM letter template for non receipt, it appears then that the actual time is 2 working days (see this link).
Has anyone got any idea of which it actually is? No point ringing Three up again to moan at them if the 48 hours they quoted is correct.
EDIT: I called OFCOM, who tell me that it is definitely 2 hours and not two days. They acknowledge that the letter on their site is incorrect.
Had another call to Three yesterday complaining that my PAC still hadn't arrived. After 40 mins they told me it would take another two hours, and they would call me then to 'discuss' my options with them.
