This thread is ancient. No point bumping it to the top of the forum now, even though you posted on it before it was never your thread at first!
Go to the main front page of the parking forum and 'search this forum' for the name of the firm who wrote to you. Or for the acronym 'UKPC'. If it's 'bpcollins' we have seen two posts about their letter, you can find them on the first few pages of the forum. And another post about 'JMW' solicitors I think.
All recent and all in the first few pages you will see when you click ONE CLICK off this random old thread. See my signature below for where to click to se the current threads. We have already advised how to respond, if it's a solicitor firm. So just read the recent UKPC threads and you will see.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Prison? You are joking I assume...this is ONLY a civil matter.
You will get reassurance from the other threads about BP Collins where there's lots of advice already given.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
