Three Mobile Contract rejected

I have been a three mobile customer for nearly 3yrs, have 2 iphone 4 contracts, each cost £50 a month and £70 a month. Always paid on time via direct debit.
To cut a long story short, i wanted an iphone 5, so that i could give my old iphone to my son (its due for an upgrade at the end of Dec, but i wanted to give it him towards his b'day and then use the 5) So i applied for an iphone 5 2 months early, they said i could pay an admin fee to end the contract i have early if i went to a three store, but my local is 50 miles away!
Anyway....they declined. No idea why, they said they would call but just cancelled order completely.
I tried to call but they're not interested as its classed as a new order.
So do i wait it out for my upgrade in December or will that be knocked back too, or just be a nightmare customer and tell them i wont renew Decembers contract thats £70/£80 a month and say i wont renew the May contract thats £40/£50 a month. Just feel kicked to the curb by them.
No point arguing the credit check fail by them as they dont ever solve anything. Been there before and it took ages to sort.
Any advice as to how to deal with them?

Make proper contact with them, ie email their Executive Office or write to their Head Office, something isn't right as networks don't normally credit check existing customers.
Have you had any issues with Three during your contract? Have you paid your bills on time?
The networks base upgrades and new lines on your internal report, how you conduct your account, ask in your letter for their credit referrals department to reexamine your request.====0 -
Yes always paid on time, via direct debit, recently i've been spending £90 a month due to being away and using their £5 a day internet allowance, so i saw myself as a good customer!
My husband has the £40/50 a month iphone and pays 2/3 days after their due date via his card on the phone. Could this maybe be the problem? Its never weeks late and always before their invoice date.
Ill contact their main office as i feel let down, spending the amount i do each month without missed payments doesn't seem fair.
Just debating whether i should renew my contract come Dec?0 -
They will credit check it, as Im sure the op tried to signup as a new customer on the net. Three could see his connection limit at 2, orange credit check all new ones done this way via the web, if over 2 they do credit check you anyway.
Also if you always pay late, your not a good customerDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
