    Can I make a suggestion?

If the item you had hoped to get has now been taken off the list (eg MP3 players, headphones, radios, TVs...etc) please complain to Tesco. Either by email or to the Facebook account they have, even by snail mail. I think if enough people make a point of contacting them and making an issue of it they may take a second thought on what categories they put up next time.

I ordered exchange vouchers to use at Tesco.com/groceries, they came through OK but when I try to use them no reduction in price shows at the checkout stage.

I've tried adding different types of stuff they should be valid for, but no joy.

The only time I've seen anything indicating they could be used was when I did my online shop yesterday the codes all said I needed to spend £8.01 more to use the coupon - there was a £1.99 frozen pizza in my basket, along with other skincare items.

Think I'll have to give them a phone??

    ailuro2:
The category that is within Grocery - is Frozen Food, so you have to have at least £10 or above in frozen food in order to use a £10.00 Exchange voucher for Frozen Food, or £10.00+ of Finest wine with a Finest Wine Exchange voucher etc.
If the product isn't within the promotion the voucher won't work.

I don't see a category that includes 'itunes' - though you may find it in Clubcard Rewards but not in the Exchange.
All large stores do the Exchange, i.e. not Metro or Express, with a dedicated booth or CSD.

As always - if there's a particular item you want, check its in stock (perhaps even select it it - then do the exchange), make sure you stipulate the right category and means - it cannot be changed.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

I don't think this is on the Exchange, it's a under the Clubcard rewards. They normally have limited numbers available and usually sell out very quickly. Managed to find this in Clubcard rewards

    http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/search.aspx?Ntt=iTunes&VSI=17&Ntk=primary&Nty=1&Ntx=mode%2Bmatchall&Nr=NOT%28P_Product_TypeID%3A5%29

    Hope that helps.
