total nightmare on the frozen food online front!not taking vouchers off if you add chicken,turkey,barbecue items,and other things,have rang and they will refund you after you have had it delivered if your vouchers don't come off.terrible service will stick to toys next time,this is too much hassle!!

DD has been asking for a Orbeez foot spa for a year now, I think it looks rubbish and have tried to persuade her so, but no it remains to of her xmas list, so feel a little better I have just got it from the Exchange and not had to pay actual cash for it!

Site was running extremely slow and timed out at one point, but persisted and it went through.

Can you ask him what type he wants? My son is hugely into scooters and spends all free time at the skate park, at 10 years old he already has a great knowledge of what spec is needed to last and be safe when doing stunts.

Make sure if he is going to do stunts get him a protective helmet, pads and a gum shield, you'd be surprised how many have chipped teeth when coming of a jump badly.

I bought the three Skylanders Giants figures tonight using my exchange vouchers, but when it came to using them at the till they wouldnt accept, saying they are not included, even though the signs all say Skylanders are included!

After much head scratching the ladies on customer service processed it manually, putting the toys through as non scanned items and taking the forty pounds worth of vouchers off, but just warning others you may have a battle on your hands.

And anyone wanting to use exchange through Direct, I really wouldnt bother as half the time by the time you get to checkout lots of the items are out of stock, even if they have been sitting in your basket claiming to be in stock. Its much less hassle if at all possible, to go in store, pick the items you want, then double up your vouchers. At least you will get what you actually want. I know its not possible for everyone, but these problems are the same as they were last year.

Exactly the same with me yesterday although I was buying the starter pack, Customer Svs said it was due to the offer starting and not being totally up together but I think it was just an excuse,

Anyways, They cant really say no as it specifies Skylanders in the booklet, No qualms with putting them through manually for me

Now onto finding cheaper add on characters

I exchanged my vouchers and got a new silver tumble dryer, microwave, Russell Hobbs toaster and a kettle!! I'm ecstatic as we are moving into our new house tomorrow and this has saved me a fortune! Love Tesco!!

I thought that too but I set up a stock alert which came through about midnight last night. I exchanged online and email came through in under 10 minutes. Ordered item and will be delivered to store on Monday.:j(Wouldn't have been my first choice of store but not too far out of the way!)
