    No problem.

You should run the Norton removal tool as you're no longer using it - always remove an antivirus before installing another.

I would run the Norton removal tool anyway - there's definitely a service and other process running, & a toolbar being loaded (IE) from Norton.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\17.1.0.19\ccSvcHst.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\NortonInstaller\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS\A5E82D02\17.1.0.19\InstStub.exe

    TB: Norton Toolbar: {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA} - C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\17.1.0.19\CoIEPlg.dll

    Thank You.

I used, I have Norton AntiVirus, Norton Internet Security, or Norton 360 which has got rid of that, but I still have a icon on my computer saying Norton back up.

Which one do I click to get rid of that one?

    Thank You xxx
