  • Hello

Just checking in with NSD 8. This is my 1st NSD challenge and i am loving it.

    February GC £26.68/£250

  • NSD 7 remains elusive for me unfortunately, however I'm now the proud owner of the smallest freezer in the world and have also finished my Christmas shopping (as far as I know anyway). :j:j:j

Hopefully now I have those two things out of the way I can start getting a few more NSDs :D
  • SDo yesterday was a spend day - went shopping BUT I am pleased to say I only spent 7.50 on tights, a skirt and 2 8m rolls of christmas wrapping paper that is adorable so I think I did extremely well when before I would have thought nothing of spending £50 or so :j

Today has been NSD 8 :j I went to a carboot and although I didn't spot much I saw a brand new h+m skirt with tags and my OH bought it me for a whopping 50p :money:

So all in all a good weekend and the OH has come back with some wine for us to relax with :rotfl:not such a good weekend for him!!
    July Grocery Challenge - £0/£140
No more buying DVDs in 2013 - 0/0
    2013 Savings aim - £582/£1500 39% :j

Number 12 in the bag today and also returned clothes for a refund :D

Another 2 items listed on ebay now with 2 more to do later on and then its 36 items listed and amazingly one item of a pair of unworn uncomfy shoes finally has a bid after the 3rd time of listing - they will be off to their new home next after next weekend :D

Thanks for the good luck wishes freeby! I certainly need them as most of the sales will be going towards credit card repayments and some towards car tax early next year.

Also thanks for all the updates that keep the thread going, its such a big help to stay on track and reign in that needless spending on things I don't need and can easily do without.

Isn't it funny how things eventually sell? i've had a bit of a spate of this, and oddly enough I've just got a bid on some beads which I've listed about 4 times before - always had watchers but no one's ever bid. 'Only' 99p but were rescued from a job lot of stuff from Freegle and were previously from a knotted up manky necklace. Seemed too nice to just chuck. Must get my bum in gear and list some stuff tonight too...that will get me out of cleaning the bathroom :D
