    Only 8 and i've already lost out on an NSD today (will not say the f word-afraid of mouldy kippers!). Read an interesting article on the benefits of cod liver oil on hormonal acne (changed pill recently which is helping, but not enough) so i thought i would give it a whirl. Since it was buy one, get one for a penny, i decided to try some baobab superfruit powder as well to try to get my energy levels up a little. So it's a spendy day but at least it's on a good thing rather than a waste.
