Glad you managed to get moggie into carrier reasonably unscathed. You're post must've stuck with me as i dreamed about Big G last night which rarely happens. Nice to have some angels cuddles with him but bittersweet when I woke up.

Food shopping today, wombling was rubbish and I'm now out of APGs :eek: can't remember the last time that happened, but lost a load when they changed their system in Oct. Still, we are well stocked up and I really must stop buying freezer things and make some room for xmas food.

Debating making a start on the xmas wrapping tonight - it's that or read my kindle....

I have just realised that I am getting old.:(

It is Saturday night and I am sitting in the house, cuddling my dogs, with a cup of coffee and a wispa gold (best chocolate bar in the world EVER) watching Time Team :eek::eek: rather than reality carp and actually quite enjoying it.

Sorry, too late - first gifts wrapped but I do have a good reason - they still need to get to the other side of the globe and Santa's sleigh is a bt full so need to be sent shortly.

Right then.......campaign propaganda needs to be organised.

Why do we actually celebrate Christmas by spending squillions. Why can't we just do the food and family and leave it at that??? Discuss............:):)


And (I might be treading on contraversial ground here) as far as I understand it baby Jesus wasn't even born on the 25th of December???? So what is it all about????? Have we been seduced by the power of consumerism????
