Can't beleive I haven't been on here since 18th Nov  Not for sitting on my arris doing nothing though, work still crazy busy and been battling emails til gone 10pm most nights. Thank goodness the US has been off for Thanksgiving and I've had a couple of days respite.
Still keeping up the boot camp though - been erm interesting with some of the weather we've had - thankfully seem to have missed the rain, but we keep bringing up the worms in the field with all the jumping etc. Today I had to keep moving so I didn't squish them (one had a very narrow escape) and I've even had to move a couple off my mat when they've started trekking across it.
Rising - well done on the smoking (or rather not smoking). The smoking area at my work isn't covered so we think anyone out there in this weather is mental. Anything you can do at the times you used to go out instead? perhaps a hot drink, or allowing a 10min break on the internet?
Good luck getting kit in the carrier. Our current mog is actually very good at going in but our big lad before was a nightmare. In the end I gave up, he sat quite happily in the car and was totally calm at the vet (much better than in a carrier). Would sit on my lap totally unphazed (did get told off by the vet once that he could run off....he was 18yrs old, it had been a long time since he'd run anywhere! :rotfl:) Whilst I wouldn't take our current cat without a carrier, have you thought about a cat harness? I guess we'd be none to plussed about being shovved head first into a dark box either when you think about it.

Well I have no idea about my NSD but I've been quite MSE - got 2kg of apples yesterday at L!dl for £1.69 and a few other bits that were on a good deal (incl some salami with camembert, and one with truffle each for 99p - very nice!)
Also done the majority of my xmas shopping now :A
Going to have to think about my rule for Dec (can't beleive we're nearly there already )
Mike and petrol are already excluded but I'm doing boot camp on PAYG atm, and as I don't count pole, I think I'm going to excude this - I'm being slightly MSE in the fact although PAYG is slightly more expensive, I know I have some days coming up when I won't be going (due to being on leave etc, not just cos I'm being lazy) - and I don't think I should sacrifice fitness for :money:. Am also going to exlude any xmas buys (ie presents, and items specifically for xmas dinner when the time comes) as they are rather unavoidable. That leaves me to focus on unecessary spends, which is why I joined this challenge in the first place.
Sorry for the long ramble. x:oFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Good morning folks from a very icy NI:eek:
Things have been as hectic as ever with work, the gym, spin and my mum in hospital, so I can't believe it is 7 days since I last logged on. I have yet to catch up on the posts, so hope everyone is well, but am sending hugs to anyone who needs them. I have a few NSDs to declare, which are as follows:
NSDs 10,11,12,13 & 14 for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Sunday wasn't as I had to buy cigarretes for my mum (couldn't believe the price actually:eek: and am glad I quit!). Today won't be an NSD either, as I am working, but also intend doing the grocery shopping:)If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
