  • Has anyone else joined onetel via greasypalm and not received there £12 as promised. I joined them and did not receive the promised money. Filed a ticket with greasypalm only to be told that I would not get my money because it is not showing on their database.

I know I was logged in at the time, I followed there link and I don't normally have problems with my cash backs. Just wondered how many £12 greasypalm or onetel are keeping.

Considered contacting onetel, but don't suppose I will achieve anything.

I joined them a couple ofweeks ago. The credits for clicking on some vendors links don't seem to be registering - The tracking software is supposed to be working. Not very impressed. Seems a lot of hassle for nothing at the moment.
Am likely to opt out soon.
  • If you opt out do you loose all the money that you have earned?

I assume so, but all I've ever "earned" is the £2.50" credit for joining!

    I can live without it.

  • If I had received my promised £12 I would have had nearly enough for my first cheque. Can't see it ever happening now though!!!!!

I've made 5 transactions through greasypalm.

2 of them went through automatically
3 of them i had to request manually.

Of the 3 that I requested manually 2 were processed within hours of emailing them. The 3rd however was unfortunately not tracked properly.

There response time to my queries has been very impressive, however the missed tracking on the 3rd transaction is disappointing but these things happen I guess.
  • It just seems strange that my untrackable one was the biggy. Wouldn't have minded if it was only a pound or two.

Sorry I feel grieved. I was hoping for my cheque soon. Now I don't stand a chance. Perhaps I will try one of the other point schemes that seem to be running.

Some of their transactions work fine and others have to be chased for several light years! And some you never ever get (e.g. eBay and some of the shop bot searches)

Just waiting on a £15 insurance one at the mo, fingers crossed

I got my Onetel cashback through without any problems. I am expecting my second cheque next month - that will make my total earnings over £80!

One very satisfied Greasypalm customer here anyway. :)
