Is it just the price that is important for you?
It is easier to squeeze water from stone than money from some cheap insurers: Spill the beans... on mobile phone insurers

Insuring it through you're contents insurance is always the best/cheapest option. If you already have accidental damage/personal belongings cover then just ring them to confirm that the phone is covered. If not, give them a call and ask how much it would be to have AD/PB added to your policy, it'll be cheaper than insuring it through a "specialist".

I insured through insure & Go for iphone 4s & it cost me £62.00 for the year & that covers theft, accidental damage & loss of the phone.

As said many times, "insure & Go" despite claiming to cover theft, in fact covers robbery, not theft.
    One to avoid IMHO.

As far as I am aware your better off getting your phone covered by your home insurance. So many insurance groups which soley cover mobile phones/tablet devices don't pay up on even the most legit. claims. Home insurance claims do risk you raising your premium but to be honest, at least you get your money back.
Having said that, home insurance isn't cheap (but neither is being able to pay for the iphone...)
