Allegedly RyanAir will fly across the Atlantic "around the end of the decade"
Prices as low as $12.00-But then of course add all those UK taxes

That's what I was thinking!This space has been intentionally left blank0 -
You'd also need 6 hours on another bus to get to New York from the suggested airports
Baltimore is OK for Washington but Islip and Providence are way out of New York. :eek:0 -

$12 return?0

The uncomfortable seats on their 737s are ok for 1-3 hrs shorthaul. The airbus or 787 would have to have recliners or a bit more legroom for me to consider transatlantic or long haul even at that low cost.
Mind you, ryanair have proven that you can get away with just about anything, provided the pricing is correct.0 -
Hope Ryan Air try to call it Providence "New York" airport. ...:rotfl: :rotfl:
like saying Birmingham airport London .
would i consider it ??>>> at £12 yes...but only if i wanted to go where the flight is taking me . Providence would be okay if your going on a Holiday to Boston and New England like i am.
it will help get Virgin and the like to lower their prices even futher.
my main worry is i won't be able to be Snobbish about going to the States for Holidays as it will open it up to the Chavvie market.
sorry but having a big holiday budget has to have some bragging rights :rotfl: :cool:Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
