I've cancelled 3 times with no problems, now on my 4th free re-activation.0

I am having a problem with them now, I signed up for the 14 day trial, and selected titles, I log on this morning to find a email stating I cancelled and they are sorry to see me leave, I reactivate it, thinking im still getting my free trail(as I only signed up around midnight today) to get an email saying I have been charged £15, and when I contact them , they claim its because I changed tariffs! crafty, I never did, I selected same tariff as when I started trial.0
