Ignore, delete, breathe. Good night's sleep will help if you can manage it. Hope you have a better day tomorrow. :)

Yes I know. He actually owes me over £400.00 from some months ago and although I asked him for it a while ago I have not had it. So the only communication he will have from me will be a request for my money

I'd totally recommend the small claims court. It's easy, cheap and it actually wouldn't cost you anything when they found in your favour because he'd have to pay your costs. It depends how messy you want things to get though. People don't like it when they have court papers arrive on their doormat with their name as 'the defendant'. Do what's right for you. I've been through similar twice and SCC was the way for me both times.

Something to bear in mind if he totally pee's you off though.:)

its an annual challenge here to see who will crack first and put it on :o. i was brought up to layer up and heating was a luxury to my parents. I wont see my kids freeze but i do want them to appreciate that not everyone is lucky enough to turn that thermostat :(

why is everyone so cold, you dont get too much further south than me and im absolutely bioling!
You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

God created men first, cause you always makes a rough draft before a masterpiece!
  • Right.. serious head on. I've got my red dress on tonight, and high heels on etc... kisses to all that need them before I go, I've got that summertime madness and.. yes.. there is more. this song says it all. I don't need to say a word further. Once you hear this song........... you will know what this thread and my new friends on here mean to me.

Hugs and good heartfelt thoughts to you all.. see you in the morning.
