Silence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!0 -

Bitter wind here in Surrey SW London borders.
Last concert I saw n Barrowlands was Lloyd Cole and the Commotions. I expect I'm showing my age here as I've just googled it and it was the 1985 not the 2004 concert.:eek:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

A friend of mine the one I mentioned the other day with his first glitch/coupon shop on cheese had a little boy about 2-3 months back.
Now seen as the next pitter patter of tiny feet for me will be grandchildren when/if. I have not taken any notice of offers/coupons etc that might be of use to someone with a baby.
Any ideas because I know there will be many on here who have just had a baby and will be wanting to keep costs down .
TIA
if you visit a childrens centre, keep a look out for a small preschool voucher book. had things like dettol, cushelle, mu cheese coupons in it. when i can find where i put mine i will post more info0 -

whoever thinks its warm in the sunny south is mad!
Just put my heating on, (again) and you don't get much more 'south' than me. I hate being cold.

I paid £230 for my DS tv at marks and Spencer last november and have had 2 since, lucky they guarantee for 5 years, their tv supplier has it now and was offered money back each time but refused as cannot get another for that price. Not sure who make marks' tvs but don't do tvs now
Thanks for this, I just checked these out thinking I'd missed something. The Bush is 40" (I haven't convinced DH that 42" is big enough yet!! :rotfl::rotfl: ) And the Hitachi is no where near the spec of the one I want.I'd really rather an LED because I'm as blind as a bat and I find the picture so much clearer. These are both LCD.
Thank you though. Really nice of you to look.Gwrys yn Kernow! :j0 -
