good luck with your weigh in tonight!
dont be disheartened if you dont lose as much as you "deserve" to lose as it is probably a follow on effect from the week before you started the plan. Your best result will come next week, plus, if i remember right from when i used to do it too, you will be eligible for slimmer of the week next week.
keep up the good work and good luck;)

OMG, thank you so much for posting this Neosi. I usually buy these Simply tablets so I really hope they are reduced in my local store! :j

  • Good luck with your dating site fun, which one have you joined?

I have joined "Plenty Of Fish" and there are some right weirdos on there, I have blocked a few!

I had to comment on this.
My brother in law used to be on plenty of fish and his summery said something along the lines of " enjoys socializing , playing pool, reading, walks on the beach and dogging"

Reminds me of the time I opened a betting account in the name of my wife. They phoned asking to talk to her, I had to put the phone down, walk around and come back on the phone as her :o

has anyone bought the Terrys All Gold or Terrys All Dark alongside the Foxs biscuits....the Terrys are on 2 for £8 at M, and wondered if the apg recognised this?

one of local As dont stock the biscuits, and the other doesnt stock the fingers...so looking at an alternative shop against M....and thought this would work as well as the Dairy Box :)

    Hi,
Worked for me today, I was quite surprised as I didn't think it would (my ADSA had run out of the fingers and thought I would try them as I had a APG from this morning).
