have you tried the slimming world. iv been on it 6 wks im eating so much more then i did before even having my daily choc fix curly wurly every nite. home made stews, casseroles, currys, soup , and not forgetting full english bacon eggs beans mushrooms toms it amazes me how much you can eat and still loose weight.. x
