I know the money will fall back into my account in a few days but Im still:mad: what if that was my last few quid and I had no money to live on. They basically said 'tough, you will get your money back, but you'll just have to wait'. Charming!

if you got the number to headoffice then ring them everyday till its sorted or ask them would they like you toring the papers that normaly works lol at the end of the day they have TAKEN your money this is an outrage if you tryed to leave the shop with a few iteams ud be stoped so what right have they got

A quick good morning.
Hugs to those that need them - seen some people coping with sad news at the moment.
I don't seem to be able to catch up at all, so probably missing lots - but I am thinking of you all!!:) Not going to stop long as I really need to start exercising and if I don't get on that blinking cross trainer now, I never will!! I am in awe of those of you who are able to stick to the various healthy regimes you follow. I really need to lose about 20 lbs, but the more I think about it, the more carp I eat!!! :O
OK - off to find the trainers; will try to catch up later!
