I'm too soft. I have written the letter to complain. Then I think well what if he's got 5 kids at home and he loses his job (not likely I suppose). I over think things:o. So I did put in the letter that some retraining of staff might be in order.
Probably best, at least that way, if he gets some decent training, people wont have to put up with the carp you did, where as if they just replace him, the next 'operative' will be just as bad. Hope tomorrows a better day.

Good hopefully they will retrain him so he can do his job properly.
If he has 5 kids at home then he needs to do his job right so he can afford to feed them etc.
Thats not your problem dont get me wrong I dont complain all the time very rarely as it happens but if needed then I will and no sympathy for the person that has forced me into it.
Dont forget to send it ;)

Quite agree. the best endpoint is a "fixed" jobsworth not a booted out and replaced with an even worse jobsworth.
Mind you in this mad world we're in it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't some quota these eejits have to meet.

I remember reading in the papers about a retiring traffic warden somewhere who'd hardly ever gbiven out a ticket. They found a quick word soon solved every parking problem. God help me- that sound like a golden age of common sense before the bean counters came in with their quotas! In fact, god help us all, as the bean counters are running almost everything now:eek::eek::eek:

Someone mentioned the other day asking a sa for a pen so they could write their name down for when they ring head office and complain resulted in sa taking coupons.
At the end of the day saying anything along those lines you dont mind if I video you do you ,I just want a photo for your bosses so they know for definate who gave me all the grief, can you just say that again into my phone.
Would all get the same response er no carry on

Aw just a crappy situation all round. Where I park it's obvious am going into the MHU and right or wrong that gets you judgemental looks anyway. I don't usually take the kids because they can't go any further than reception. But it's half term and their big bro is on a well deserved break with his mate and mates parents so no choice but to take them. Luckily the receptionists are :A and look after the kids whilst I go to pick up OH.

lol, I couldn't agree more. I think every job out there now has a target or quota. Even things that can't be quantified have targets and quotas:rotfl:
