I decided to have a night of complaining after my carp day. I now have the details of who to complain to regarding the jobs worth at the hospital car park. Letter written and will be delivered in person tomorrow.

Also an email to Andy Clarke regarding my distress and humiliation resulting from being charged twice for my shopping. I rang the helpline up...because it was bugging me so much. I know the money will fall back into my account in a few days but Im still:mad: what if that was my last few quid and I had no money to live on. They basically said 'tough, you will get your money back, but you'll just have to wait'. Charming!

And now I feel much better:)

Glad to see you fighting back :T
What happened must have been so upsetting and totally uncalled for at the hospital. Maybe by you writing it might save someone else from going through similar.:)

Now we reckon in Belfast that the one tin of biscuits can be passed around an average of 10 houses before it gets eaten. You have no need to care whether the person you are buying it for likes Dairy Box. They will not be eating them either:rotfl::rotfl:

I must admit that when I complained to sada about double charge and what if I needed to buy baby formula or something the lady on phone said if that was the case then if I drove by the store she would arrange a complimentary tub. I then had to explain that I lived 140 miles away and did not need formula but everyone should be treated the same regardless of if it was their last few quid or not.
Mine you I think after I said they should have disclaimer at tills warning that they knew about ghost transactions and to pay by card at your own risk she just wanted to get me off the phone.
Was nice to win an argument for a change as I never got my 1000 points from tosco for an online shop a few weeks ago so evens things up a bit.

Read your post earlier fairclaire and felt for you not a nice situation.
You could shut the little jobsworth up who probably did think he was doing a good job unless of course he is just a **** but in doing so would upset your son.
There are times when female attributes win over at tills with lots of coupons and young male sa and times when being male helps I dont think for one minute he would have been so pushy/aggresive with a man especially one that answered him back.
