i know why you've posted the above...and ordinarily I would agree with you...but when I checked the new T&Cs for price porkies the other day, I'm sure it said on there that any item you're not charged for is not an eligible item (ie free carrier bag) ..nor are the bags for life :( It also states that reduced items ie whoopsies wont be included :)

not tested your theory or the new T&Cs yet, so dont know if they're accurate.... I wouldn't be surprised if it was complete gobbledygook ;)

I can safely say they are talking out their backsides. From a quick shop I did yesterday, they compared my whoopsied mince against Asda :(

    Interesting.

    I am planning a Sada v s shop.

On my list is Copella big bottles £2 in Sada and £1.35 in s.
Also beans and ww meals with free vouchers.
I think I also have the blueberry bars free vouchers
Also greens caramelle, custard tarts and maybe cheesecake to use the 40p mocs
Just have to make sure everything is the same price Monday lunchtime as they were the last time I looked on Friday!

And talking of Elizabeth sh- I've just noticed on my s one version is £3.69 in Sada but bogof in s
Will Sada recognise this on an APG?
I suppose with the above list it's worth a try as everything except for coppela and Eliza shaw items are price matched
And I could use my £5 wys £40

I would welcome any other suggestions for this experimental Sada v s list - things I can use mocs for and / or to bulk up the APG nearer to the capped ammount.

I did think of baileys but decided against - probably get the aldi or Iceland version nearer the time

    Morning all

Can I ask the parents of older kids a question please :)

Those of you that have put their kids through driving lessons. How many should I be expecting to have to pay for to get a 17 year old girl with zero driving experience through her test?

Taking her out in my own car is difficult as it is not your normal everyday car.

Thanks for any advice in advance :-)

    Hi Debs,

I started learning manual aged 20. I had a 2 hour lesson every week. I started in October 2004, took my test in May 2005 and passed first time! :j Before my lessons I had never been in front of the wheel and most of my first lesson was my lovely instructor teaching me about the functions of the car; pedals, lights, mirrors etc :D It is important to find a good instructor who will teach your daughter properly. I was lucky, my sister who's now 19 went through 2 instructors before giving up on automatic :( good luck x
