I normally would take the hit but since adsa are moving the goalposts then I may return them . The chocolates are £5 bogof in sainsbobs so should have got something back.
I totally understand. They ARE moving the goal posts. They are lying and being totally unfair.0 -

I took it up with Head Office CS who sent me a gift card for the amount refused - BUT they didn't know anything about the new coupon policy in NI! It is THEIR policy, yet they don't have any info about it at their Head Office CS?! I had to read the leaflet out to them over the phone and suggested they contact the store about it as I had obviously planned to use more coupons from other stores in the future but they obviously couldn't be bothered. Told me that the next time I am in to speak to the duty manager - "not my job, mate" I told her!
There is that large banner you have posted a photo of just as you turn in off the carriageway and then another one at the roundabout on the way into the car park.
Can I ask which Boots coupon you tried to use please? I've seen a conditional spend but it was specifically for electrical products. There's nothing in the T&Cs that say these cannot be used, just simply that Ts will accept any conditional spend coupon.lookinforabargain wrote: »Did anyone ever get back to the NI peeps after the flashmob on FB last night?! Would love to hear what the Senior Marketing guy had to say about it!
I'm guessing he didn't say much other than "foxtrot oscar, it's Saturday night"!lookinforabargain wrote: »Maybe a wee gentle poke will be in order then! :rotfl::rotfl:
I've just let rip. It's bad enough Patty & her sister had trouble but to know the signage is there as you enter the store and the staff still refuse is beyond me.No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0 -

Ok
so went to cs on the way in yes we accept those points to big sign. Not a lot of info on there * terms and conditions, minimum spend etc but not on show.
Goes to pay and use less than a pound apg at ss.
First sa oh asks someone else she reads it through and says sorry we dont accept those .I explained had seen cs on way in, still no show definately dont take those and she will have a word with them. Ok not a problem will see them on way out off to cs as I approach the lad who I had spoke to promptly walks away.
So explained it to the other one who says I thought we did will have to ring manager, rings manager no not apgs for definate.Apologises and said they had been given the wrong info at cs desk.
All of them very friendly I might add no look of glee in their eyes
So will email head office and see what they have to say
thanx for being my Guinea pig:D.
My local is on the list but they HATE vouchers and scrutinise normal ones, it's treated the same as shop lifting.0 -

And the price almost doubling overnight too - why do I feel there will be a 'half-price' offer starting in A sometime within the next 2 weeks. Is this arbituary ignoring of the Price promise rules of fair play really legal? What does the price promise actually mean then?
Is there some sort of governing body that we can report them to? ie.. trading standards?0 -
