I normally would take the hit but since adsa are moving the goalposts then I may return them . The chocolates are £5 bogof in sainsbobs so should have got something back.

Can I ask which Boots coupon you tried to use please? I've seen a conditional spend but it was specifically for electrical products. There's nothing in the T&Cs that say these cannot be used, just simply that Ts will accept any conditional spend coupon.

I've just let rip. It's bad enough Patty & her sister had trouble but to know the signage is there as you enter the store and the staff still refuse is beyond me.

My local is on the list but they HATE vouchers and scrutinise normal ones, it's treated the same as shop lifting.

Is there some sort of governing body that we can report them to? ie.. trading standards?
