Jimmy Savile items

Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts relating to the numerous ebayers jumping on the gravy train created by the activities of the above Knight of the Realm?

I want to say that tee-shirt makes me laugh, but it's really not very funny as in a way it is laughing at some of the victims rather than at the perpetrator.

But it does...does that make me a bad person?

Probably not 'bad'. Inconsiderate perhaps. Consider who might be buying this sort of item.

I find it pretty vulgar myself to be honest, each to their own but I wouldn't spit on a person on fire if they were wearing one of these

    I think it's a strawman

    It's a ridiculous argument regardless

Humor has always been used as a coping mechanism. Personally I found it funny as well. Humans need to laugh in the face of adversity so to speak, its what keeps us going. Its why no matter what tragedy befalls us we can still laugh.

Personally I have quite a sick sense of humor, it doesn't mean I have any less sympathy for people, just that I find it easier personally to laugh than to be depressed or outraged over something.

I noticed the other day someone selling a JS outfit for a halloween costume!
