Ordered 3 P & P and 3 x lippy bags on Sunday, just had an email to say they've all been despatched :T

Somebody just got £13.50 for a small pot of Uplifting Cream on Ebay. The picture made it look bigger. It said it had been mentioned on the TV. Anybody know if that's the case. I think they were in the Lilac bag - sure I have one or two knocking around.

Call first thing and say what day you paid for and that you waited in all day , they should give you your £4.50 back !!!

Yes I emailed them about an order that didn't come on time and they emailed back to say they would refund the £4.50 and add 500pts to my card.
But I paid by Paypal and my advantage card is lost and I am waiting on a new one:mad: :mad: :mad:

I'll have to phone them:mad:

I would say you took a holiday day off work today, to make sure you were there for when the parcel came,because its your mothers birthday tomorrow and you were taking it to her today,and that you have to go out tonight and get your mother another present at an extra cost to yourself so what are they going to do to compensate u

i placed an order earlier, didn't spot that it had only given me 200 on baby stuff when the front page says 500, i ordered a couple of sanctary bits for the points also and grabbed a few crimbo pressies. I phoned CS and they said there is nothing they can do about my points - just wait and see if they are added on when the order is despatched. I printed out the screen which still says 500 points......and he sounded such a nice man :rotfl:
