Right ****** Boots have indeed cancelled my order without telling me because I ordered 3 bottles.

Even though I pointed out their wording is extremely vague with "1 Order" per week, not 1 bottle.

Plus she said that most orders of 3 bottles are being cancelled and any that have been sent are due to a "technical error", yeah right, more like they didn't catch the orders in time to stop them

I'm just relieved I didn't order anything else and loose that order too

Just received my 3 bottles of P&P this morning, ordered via website on saturday, all for me, sorry ladies, I love the stuff:j

I got home this morning and my 3 bottles P&P are here they were due today but must have come yesterday while I was away. My other 3 bottles have also been dispatched and should be here by Tuesday. :j

Does anyone know when they are they due back in store

I wanted to place a order for £48 for toys and lippy bags.

pardon me for ranting but the sooner Boots gets taken over and run properly the better. Their production managers ought to be thinking about their positions, fancy having a hot must have product and not having it in stock and then to add insult to injury taunting us with with 3for 2 stickers everywhere on No.7. idiots! if I find an online petition for boots to restock quicker I'm gonna sign

Typical Boots CS - I emailed them in March 3x about a return - still not heard back!:mad:

Dotchas, try setting up another online account - maybe get a yahoo email address especially for boots - and add your advantage card number in there. I think its appalling your account is blocked. Its not a credit account - you pay straight away! Keep phoning them, take names, and ultimately write to H/O. :eek: Threaten publicity - they won't want the whole P&P hype to backfire!

Its crazy - why do some get there 3x, some don't? Do Boots want our money? We're only women wanting less wrinkles!:rotfl:

When I went to pay with Paypal its said "we cannot authorise your card"
(what card?)
Tried again...same message
Phoned Boots CS who said its not our problem try Paypal:rolleyes:
I thought OK I'll use switch...........got the same message,phoned CS whos said its not our problem.Funny that eh?
CS girl tried from her end but that failed too!
Then I realised that Paypal is funded by my switch......phoned bank who were very helpful and said ALL transactions had been authorised:eek: :eek: :eek:
Tried using Credit card.....same message
Phoned Boots again and told them it must be a problem at their end.
Got transferred to senior supervisor who said there is a hold on your account because you ordered 3 x P+P and we had to cancel that order.
I said "nice of you to tell me"
She said we are cancelling ALL orders for more than 1 P+P..........I said OH NO YOU ARE NOT!!!!!
She is looking into my account to get the hold taken off and will phone me back.That was about an hour ago............all the toys will be sold out :mad: :mad:
Don't they want my business:mad: :mad: :mad:



So it looks like orders that say "on hold " are actually cancelled

Oh God! I've not got anything ready for tea:eek: :eek: :eek:
This Bootsing takes up so much time!

I'm sorry they cancelled your ordered. I wonder why they are cancelling some and not others I ordered mine after you did remember as you helped me with the delivery date problem

Can someone help me? Someone posted a link a while back to a Nicky Clarke hair straightner kit - it was a travel box, hair straighter for wet and dry hair and some samples, down from £80 to £20, can't find it anywhere on the page - and got some spare cash for one now!

u know if boots were that concerned about people ordering more than 1 P+P they should sort out the shopping cart system to alert itself that there is more than one in there and remove the others euch!

My order says it has been dispatched :S hmm
