I have called Boots CS about the 500 extra points when purchasing nappies but only 200 being given.
They have said it is an error and aware but have given me both offers! I will get the 200 extra 5 days after delivery as normal but they are crediting the bonus 500 as well within 24 hours and have apologised for their error.
This means 700 points for a 20pound spend and also Huggies nappies are on 3 for 2 as well at the moment (wipes also) I am a happy bunny!:j0 -
What an afternoon!
I tried to order £48 worth of toys on .com (+3 lippy bags)
When I went to pay with Paypal its said "we cannot authorise your card"
(what card?)
Tried again...same message
Phoned Boots CS who said its not our problem try Paypal:rolleyes:
I thought OK I'll use switch...........got the same message, phoned CS whos said its not our problem.Funny that eh?
CS girl tried from her end but that failed too!
Then I realised that Paypal is funded by my switch......phoned bank who were very helpful and said ALL transactions had been authorised:eek:
Tried using Credit card.....same message
Phoned Boots again and told them it must be a problem at their end.
Got transferred to senior supervisor who said there is a hold on your account because you ordered 3 x P+P and we had to cancel that order.
I said "nice of you to tell me"
She said we are cancelling ALL orders for more than 1 P+P..........I said OH NO YOU ARE NOT!!!!!
She is looking into my account to get the hold taken off and will phone me back. That was about an hour ago............all the toys will be sold out
Don't they want my business:mad:
So it looks like orders that say "on hold " are actually cancelled
Oh God! I've not got anything ready for tea:eek:

Also can anyone confirm that if I buy 3for2 on no7...can i use a skincare voucher and a parenting voucher to get a tenner off?
thanks!
For those like me - who don't really want to spend anything- I used the parenting voucher + Skincare on the 'NO7 Microdermabrasion' (costs £10 each - so got it FREE)
Also my friend got the No7 Uplifting Firming Mask (costs £10.50) for 50p after using the parenting + skincare voucher.

I can't believe it's only May, and i've started my xmas shopping. Managed to get gifts for nieces and nephews and MIL, in the boots sale.
Didn't get as many points as some posters on here, but got 750 with code, and got an extra 500 when you spend £10 on skincare got 3 sanctuary (white packaging )peel masks half price £3.75 each, does anyone know if these peel masks are any good?.0 -
Had to share my order!
Half price car seat which will need from next year, some clearence toys
Dont forget quidco and on codes theres one for 750 points when you spend £40. Spend £40 and its free delivery. I added nappies, which are 3 for 2, and BOGOF baby toiletries which meant over £20 on baby products for a extra 200 points. Got over £10 on points coming back on a £61 spend. Very happy!0 -

Just rang my nearest store I - rarely go there as its so small no7 lady was fab, said go in & they will give me my money back ( ive not got the reciept but she said no problem). Will return it next week & see what happens.
Ohh let us know what happens. I had a similar reaction to that same product. I bought it about a month ago, tried it once and had the reaction, put it back in its box and it is still on my shelf...I didn't realise I might be able to return it, I have thrown away my reciept too. Perhaps I should give my branch a call.0 -
