Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
...I bought a Boots branded ink cartridge for £x...

    ...binned the receipt...

...realised I bought the wrong flippin' cartridge...

...took it back to the shop...

...and took off the sticky with the reduced priced leaving the original barcode visible...

...would they give me a credit note?

And would it be for the original price or a different £x???

    Duder

PS Sorry if this sounds 'dodgy' - if it's illegal in any way I will withdrawl this post....but grateful for any help!!

I don't suppose it was someone on here having an arguement in Thurmaston Boots yesterday over some Sanctuary vouchers was it?
Arguement was regarding using a £5 and a £3 voucher together on one Sanc item for £4.95 and wanting Boots to give cash change of £3.05? (or something to that effect)
If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside! :)

It does sound a bit dodgy but in my local reduced items have stickers on them & the barcode crossed out in pen.

Ive had an awful reaction to a no7 face cream (instant radiance beauty lotion). My face is on fire & feels really tight.

Just rang my nearest store I - rarely go there as its so small no7 lady was fab, said go in & they will give me my money back ( ive not got the reciept but she said no problem). Will return it next week & see what happens.
