When I was in on Monday they was LOADS of boxed chocolates & Easter egg/novelties still being sold off really cheap. Also last week, sorry I forgot to mention it earlier, they was some nice brown gift bags with INDULGE written on the bottom for 10p each. I got what was left on the shelf, 18, for £1.80 but SA said there was loads left to go on shelves. This was Huddersfield store, the gift bags were on the 1st floor, what used to be baby department but is now toiltries & the chocolates were on the groud floor near the baby changing room & 2nd floor on the main tills.

:j Got a phone call at teatime, cs asked if i would accept a £25 giftcard:T , they arent allowed to say what happened to the staff involved due to confidentiality and all that, but thats fine by me. Is a lot better than 100 points!

Cs said they love getting feedback by the way, be it good or bad.

So will try and catch up on the offers here, and wont be going back into Boots unless my mum is with me. We went in to get a buggy for dd just before we went away, 3 sa were stood chatting and shouted to another sa  who was busy stocking shelves to come and serve us, but she just carried on and we were stood there like lemons. Am done complaining though. Mum saw for herself how bad the service is getting in there.

glad you got a result in the end:T :T
i did ask the other day but thought you was savingsgirl  for some reason,no wonder i didnt get a reply, you all prob though i was going potty!

There is a smallish Boots store near work and they have been advertsing the mirror for weeks now 1/2 price from £39.99 to £19.99 so today I went in there armed with my parenting voucher. I picked up a few things also. When I went to the SA (no male SA's in this store today) she scanned it and it came up £39.99  so I said as calmly and friendly as possible. "oh it's marked down to £19.99" she goes and checks to see and comes back and says the 1/2 price ended but don't worry she will put it through as £19.99.

Once she put it in a bag and scanned my other items I produced my parenting voucher and 75 extra points when you spend over £10.

I was too scared to look at my receipt before I left the store, but when I did it said No7 mirror £14.99.

Also got my £5 skincare and sunglasses voucher so that's two to spend now!!!

Thank you for the advice ritac1

CrepeSuzette, did your parenting voucher only take off £5 in total then? They must have resolved the glitch.

I spoke to the cust serv about the lip moisturiser and they said it is a grey area but they call it cosmetics even though it is called a moisturiser.

After catching up with the thread I have examined my ebay vouchers with a real one I got on Saturday and they are deffinately different - these are shorter in height and are slightly different coloursand different paper. I don't think they are so obviously different that a sa would notice but am a bit worried about using them just in case! Did anyone else pay through paypal as don't they have some sort of protection about fakes? If we all reported him and said we thought the vouchers were fake would we get our money back?

So that means the voucher no longer works on the mirror...?
