Penniesforme thats a horrible experience, dont let it get you down though. We all have a right to shop in any shop we want, and yup i 1 billion percent agree that CS has gone down the poo hole with alot of companies and boots is one of them!

I dont know why but today I am having some super strong chocolate craving . I have already eaten 3 flakes and dont even feel sick yet!!!

So who from this wonderful boots thread is on facebook?? anyone joined Martins group? Damn facebook doesnt seem to let me join groups at the moment but would be nice to put same faces to our little bootsing crew!! :beer:

Just got back from Boots and I tried to buy the lip conditioner with my 5 pound voucher.

Well it looks like facial skin care to me (unless it is some other lips :0) but they wouldn't let me have it! I don't know if I should phone cust service to ask them about it. They wouldn't let me have the shine free make up base either as apparently it is make up!!!
