    I'm gutted! :(

I ordered a load of those vouchers off ebay - 12 to be precise! (I know I know ... a little greedy and impulsive).

Not only has he only sent me 11 vouchers and not the 12 I paid for. I also think they look extremely dodgy. When I bought them I didn't imagine they would be photocopies (which they obviously are). There is no way I could spend them ... I don't have the nerve to do it.

SO £9 down the drain :(

I'm so peeved ... but it's my own fault ... I should have smelled a rat.

If anyone has the bottle to use them and wants me to send them to them ... I'll happily pass them along (otherwise I'm afraid I'll be binning them).

I bought 12 as well for a few friends there deffo copies.mine are all different sizes.

Thanks for the suggestions ... even the saturday staff at my boots know when I'm coming (I'm sure they try and hide from me). So the only way I'd have the nerve is travelling to another store (not an option right now).

Some of my fellow boots tarts will be able to use them though ... so at least they're not going in the bin:)

Why not tell the seller that you want a full refund as they are fake/photocopied vouchers but you obviously assumed they would be genuine ones? You might get your £9 back?

When I checked my ones against the voucher I found in store, they were almost identical....size, colour, bar code etc (it was just that they felt wrong, the paper felt a teeny bit too thick) but if people have been sent ones that are the wrong size and easy to spot, just tell the guy you want your money back!!

EDIT...... he has just listed more of these vouchers, so isnt going to want anyone leaving feedback about them being copies..... get in there quick if you want a refund!

I am very glad I resisted and did not give in and buy those vouchers off ebay. I have enough difficulty using legistmate vouchers.

I think everyone needs to complain to ebay. If enough of you do it this person will have his sales pulled. Whatever way you look at it its fraud.

My Boots staff today were in a good mood, weeks since I have dared put my nose through the door. They had lipstick bags and the strange Scottish blue boxes still on sale for £6.50 but neither of them would scan with the £5 voucher. This she said was because it was a skincare voucher - yet the bags and boxes contained both cosmetics and skincare. But at least they did try to scan them with the vouchers.

I forgot to ask wether the three for two offer was still on and wether it would work with these but I suspect it wouldnt. I wonder if it would work with a blue box, lipstick bag and another £6.50 or so item - ie 3 for 2 plus the £5 voucher scanned - anyone tried this?

They didnt have the particular time delay I wanted so at least I have an excuse to go to Chester. And I had problems getting a Best half price Soltan voucher to scan, not helped by the very small range. All I wanted was a facial self tan but it wouldnt scan.

The machine seems to have new offers though and quite a few draws so I just need a spare half an hour to do all four cards with all four draws! It also offered me a free No 7 sample thing but our little store didnt have any.

I also bought 4 skincare vouchers from ebay (are we all taking about the same person?? - ie member that's 'from outer space'?? (not sure if we can name him?? - hope my clue isn't too hard to guess!!)

Appears like the parenting voucher isn't working anymore??? - has it worked for anyone today?? (ah well - nevermind - guess loads of us were able to get things for free!! - great whilst it lasted!!)

Quick question - can I use the £5 skincare + £3 from Boots mag on ANY 'Sanctury spa' product (even that charcoal mask??)

    THANKS !!XX

Just back from you know where!

I used the £5 vouchers plus the £3 Sanctuary vouchers from the back of the Boots magazine .

Got Sanctuary Radiant Skin Exfoliator £8.95 for 95p
Sanctuary Comforting Balm £7.95 for free and bizarrely credited the remainder of my bill by 5 pence.

I had to buy a few other things so did two transactions to hide the above, also handed vouchers at the end of the transaction.

The magazine vouchers expire on the 8th May.

Plenty mags in Boots, Princes Street, Edinburgh.:T

i email the man with the vouchers and he said

They are 100% genuine. I know because ive spent them! I only have them due to a rather silly sales assistant in boots! If you do not want them, I am more than happy to take them back.
    many thanks

wonder what that means !!!!! hmmmmmmm... i'll try and spend them but will crunch them a bit first
