So the Money was still in there this morning. :(

But I have worked out that I can afford to Pay the silly loan I got out on Sunday and still pay the casino if and when they take the money.

So my DFD has gone from 27 to 23 months and my total debt is now under £20k!

Feeling a bit better today. :)

Hope you have a good evening, my dear. Is it worth putting a stop on your credit cards, seeing that you have the details memorised? That way you can't use them if temptation momentarily gets the better of you.

Hi SillyG, I've just been reading your diary and was so happy with your progress and cheering for you and then felt a bit down when you had your relapse but now I'm feeling more cheerful for you again - you can do it!!

Please keep posting, we're all cheering you on :)

There are so many addictions and I'm always glad I don't have smoking (I gave up 8 years ago), drug taking or alcohol (I gave up 5 years ago) addictions but I do bite my nails ferociously until they bleed and am in lots of pain because of this and hate the look of them, I desperately want to stop but can't help myself, and I can't resist chocolate and crisps though they hurt my stomach.

I wish we could all be strong and and beat our personal demons!!

So I have had an really good couple of days.

Saturday had my driving lesson ( No one got run over so will mark that as a success). Helped OH with a 50th Birthday in the eveing which was boring but gave me some time to read my book. NSD 1.

Sunday had to go to work AGAIN!!! :( but got picked up and went stright to OH mum's for a yummy Sunday roast, came home and watched the new ghost story on BBC. NSD 2.

Monday Work early and then got weighed at SW, Lost another 1lb :). Brought my self a Starbucks and that was about it. Total Spend £2.85.

Tuesday went to the council er which went really well. Had a good old chat and a little bit of a cry. NSD 3

And that leads on today, Work, work and more work. Had another starbucks this morning but have brought my lunch everyday so a little treat is good.

House is still a mess but I'm getting there.
